Nursing is a science based on the knowledge of behavior that enables changes in the client system to be modified by utilizing the scientific method of inquiry whilst providing nursing intervention to individuals, families, groups, and communities at the primary, secondary and tertiary levels of health care.

Some of the objectives of the program include:

  • Integrating concepts and principles of nursing sciences in the provision of comprehensive nursing care to individuals, families, groups, and communities.
  • Participating in interdisciplinary research.

Entry requirements for this course are normally:

* Must have at least 5 O’level credits, including English, in no more than 2 sittings.
