MAAUN condoles Jigawa State Gov over mother, son’s death

Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN), has condoled the Jigawa State Governor, Malam Umar Namadi over the recent tragic death of his Mother, Hajia Maryam Namadi and his eldest son, Abdulwahab Namadi.

The Founder and President of MAAUN Group of Universities, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo conveyed the condolence message when he led some management staff of the university on a condolence visit to the Governor in his Kano residence on Thursday.

Prof. Gwarzo expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Hajiya Maryam and Abdulwahab while conveying his heartfelt condolences to the Governor and the entire members of his family.

He described late Hajiya Maryam as a devoted and kind hearted mother and prayed for the Almighty Allah to forgive Hajiya Maryam and Abdulwahab.

Prof. Gwarzo also prayed to Allah to grant the deceased eternal rest in Jannatul Firdaus, and bestow comfort and strength upon the family during this difficult time.

“On behalf of MAAUN Group of Universities, I want to extend our heartfelt condolences to you and your family over this painful and sorrowful loss. We pray that the Almighty Allah will comfort you during the grieving period,” Prof. Gwarzo said.

Late Hajiya Maryam Namadi and Abdulwahab Namadi died recently and had since been buried in accordance with Islamic rites.
