Intellectual Property, India, UK Registered 6 Designs of MAAUN President, Prof. Mohammad Israr

Intellectual Property, India and United Kingdom have within the last four months registered a total of six designs of Prof. (Dr.) Mohammad Israr, the President of Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria.

A statement issued on Monday by the University, said the registered designs include: Housing Base for Cutting Tools, Automatic Contactless Fluid Dispenser, Industrial Air Filter, Device for Nano Coating Transfer, Device for Regulating Boiler and the last but not the least Instrument for Metal Nanoparticle Generator.

According to the statement of the six designs, four were registered by Intellectual Property, India, while the remaining two designs were registered by the Intellectual Property Office, United Kingdom.

It listed the four designs registered by Intellectual Property, India as: Industrial Air Filter, Device for Nano Coating Transfer, Device for Regulating Boiler and the Instrument for Metal Nanoparticle Generator while Intellectual Property Office, UK registered Housing Base for Cutting Tools and Automatic Contactless Fluid Dispenser.

The statement, while describing the achievement as testament to the commitment of the University towards promoting innovation, noted that the feat recorded will go along way in promoting academic excellence.

The statement, therefore, congratulated Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria and Prof. (Dr.) Mohammad Israr for this great achievement.
