   • Techniques and tools for efficiently finding and accessing print and digital resources.
   • Understanding databases, academic journals, and other research materials.
2. Literature Mapping (Literature Review):
   • Strategies for conducting a comprehensive literature review.
   • Mapping existing research and identifying gaps in the literature.
3. Plagiarism and Grammarly:
   • Understanding what constitutes plagiarism and how to avoid it.
   • Using Grammarly for grammar checking and plagiarism detection.
4. Citation and Reference using Zotero and MS Word Reference Software:
   • How to use Zotero for managing references and creating bibliographies.
   • Utilizing MS Word’s reference tools for citation management.
5. Research Record Management:
   • Best practices for organizing and maintaining research records.
   • Tools and techniques for effective record-keeping throughout the research process.
