Overview

Human Resource Management (HRM) connects people, business and strategy. The course provides students with a comprehensive review of key HRM concepts, approaches, and challenges, as well as vital knowledge of the role and responsibilities of the various human resource activities in an organization.

HRM BSc program provides students with broad areas of human resource management procedures such as employment policy and practice, industrial relations, organizational psychology, and organizational analysis, with choices to focus on both the local and international human resource management tools.
