MAAUN Group of Universities has extended its heartfelt condolences to the management of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano, over the passing of Aliyu Ibrahim Giade, a staff of the Bursary Department in the university.
Giade died on Sunday following a ghastly motor accident while returning to Kano from Bauchi State.
The condolence message was contained in a statement signed by the Founder of MAAUN Group, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo and released to newsmen on Thursday.
Prof. Gwarzo described the death of Giade as a great loss not only to his immediate family, friends and colleagues, but to the entire KHAIRUN community where he worked as a committed and hard working staff of the Bursary Department.
The MAAUN founder also extended his deepest condolences to the family and colleagues of the deceased, praying to Almighty Allah to forgive his shortcomings.
“On behalf of MAAUN Group of Universities, Management and staff of MAAUN Group, I extend our heartfelt condolences to KHAIRUN over this great loss,” Prof. Gwarzo said.
While praying to Almighty Allah to grant the deceased Aljannah Firdaus, Prof. Gwarzo prayed that God would give his family the fortitude to bear the great loss.
Late Giade had since been buried in his hometown, Giade, Bauchi State in accordance with the Islamic rites.
