New Year: Prof. Gwarzo Prays for Continuous Peace, Unity in Nigeria
Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo, Founder and President of MAAUN Group of Universities, has prayed for unity and continuous peace in his New Year message to all Nigerians as the country enters 2025.
In a message shared with newsmen in Kano on Tuesday, Prof. Gwarzo expressed heartfelt wishes for peace, prosperity, and good health for all citizens in the coming year.
He prayed for Nigeria’s continued growth and stability, urging Nigerians to embrace unity and work towards the collective progress of the country.
Prof. Gwarzo, who doubles as the President of the Association of African Private Universities ( AAPU) urged Nigerians to be law-abiding citizens, emphasizing that the country’s success depends on adherence to the rule of law.
“The future of Nigeria depends on our shared commitment to the nation’s development. Let us all contribute positively, put the nation’s interests above personal gains, and ensure that peace reigns in every community,” Prof. Gwarzo said.
He further highlighted the importance of education in shaping the future of Nigeria, reiterating his dedication to improving the quality of education across the country.
“As we begin this new year, I encourage young Nigerians to focus on their studies and seize every opportunity for personal growth and success.”
He expressed optimism that 2025 would be a year of positive change for Nigeria, stressing that every citizen has a role to play in this transformation.
Prof. Gwarzo expressed hope that the country would emerge stronger and more resilient in the year ahead as Nigerians work together with renewed energy and patriotism.
