The leadership of MAAUN/AISD has paid a courtesy visit to the Kaduna State Universal Basic Education Board (KADSUBEB) as part of an effort to explore areas of institutional partnership.
The delegation was led by the President of MAAUN, Prof. (Dr.) Mohammad Israr who was accompanied by the President of Franco British International University (FBIU), Kaduna, Prof. Abdullahi Muhammad Sabo.
Speaking during the visit, the Executive Director of AISD, Dr. Salisu Mohammed, said the delegation was at the board to open doors for discussion, research, and institutional collaboration between the two institutions.
He also explained that AISD operates as a development-driven arm of MAAUN Group, focusing on practical interventions to address societal challenges, particularly issues relating to out-of-school children.
Dr. Salisu said the Institute is committed to working with relevant government agencies to design sustainable models that support access to quality basic education across the country.
In his remarks, Muhammad Mubaraka, the Executive Chairman of KADSUBEB commended MAAUN Group for adopting a proactive approach towards addressing the multifaced challenges bedeviling the society specially in education.
He highlighted key priority areas being addressed by KADSUBEB to enhance access to quality education for all children across Kaduna State.
The executive chairman assured the delegation of KADSUBEB’s readiness to partner with the Institute in areas that will strengthen basic education delivery in the state.
