The President MAAUN Group of Universities, Prof. Adamu Abubakar Gwarzo, has extended his heartfelt condolences to the family of renowned Public Relations guru, Malam Kabir Dangoggo, who passed away on Friday at the age of 76.
The condolence message was contained in a statement released by Prof. Gwarzo and made available to newsmen in Kano on Sunday.
He described the deceased as a very humble person who contributed towards the development of journalism and public relations profession in the country.
According to Prof. Gwarzo, the former secretary-general of the African Public Relations Association (APRA) would for long be remembered for his monumental contributions to PR profession as well as for raising Nigeria’s profile in global PR circles.
He prayed to almighty Allah to forgive the deceased and give his family and relatives the fortitude to bear the great loss.
Late Dangoggo was buried in Kaduna after the funeral prayer held at the Sultan Bello Mosque on Friday.
