Today, the African Institute for Solutions and Development (AISD), Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN), in collaboration with AFIDFF UNESCO paid a courtesy visit to the Kano State History and Culture Bureau. The delegation was warmly received by Arc. Ahmad Abba Yusuf, Executive Secretary, Kano State History and Culture Bureau, as part of preparations for the upcoming World Heritage Volunteers (WHV) Program 2025 focused on the Ancient City of Kano.
The initiative aims to promote the preservation of Kano’s rich cultural heritage and engage youth in heritage conservation efforts.
