Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria (MAAUN) Kano is set to host the Nigerian Economic Society\’s (NES) 63rd Annual conference on Tuesday 27th September 2022.
The event, which is the first of its kind in Kano, is scheduled to last for three days starting from Tuesday 27th to Thursday 29th September 2022.
During the occasion, important dignitaries expected to be in attendance include governors, ministers, traditional leaders, academia, and many other stakeholders.
The conference themed ’Fiscal Sustainability and Policy Response for Economic Recovery in Nigeria’ is aimed at providing intellectual leadership in the process of understanding and managing economic, social and political change in Nigeria.
