Maryam Abacha American University of Nigeria has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Universal Prime Consultancy to strengthen student recruitment and expand educational opportunities for students.
The agreement was signed on behalf of MAAUN by Prof. Mohammad Israr, while Mohammad Garba signed on behalf of Universal Prime Consultancy.
Under the partnership, Universal Prime Consultancy will assist MAAUN students in securing postgraduate scholarships abroad, provide academic guidance, and support students seeking international educational opportunities.
The collaboration will further focus on the promotion and marketing of MAAUN through educational campaigns and strategic engagements.
Both parties also agreed to organize educational fairs, instructional presentations, school outreach programmes, and student engagement activities aimed at creating awareness about the university’s programmes and opportunities.
The signing ceremony was attended by MAAUN VP Admin, Dr. Habib Awais Abubakar; Director, HR Directorate, Hajiya Maimuna Bello; Head of International Office, Engr. Bashir Garba; His Assistant, Mrs. Janvi Haresh, Hayatuddeen M. Abdallah from CCPU; and President’s Secretary, Mrs Baseerah Oyewo.
Officials of both organizations expressed confidence that the partnership would create more academic opportunities and strengthen access to quality higher education for students.
